Those of you who follow on Facebook knew that this post was coming. I wanted to give you a sneak peek of E’s nautical nursery. It’s so close to being done. I’m just waiting on the finishing touches to make their way to Korea. Fingers crossed that everything will make it here within the next two weeks.
Not that the little guy cares. I only really kicked the nursery decorating into high gear once he started sleeping two 5-6 hour stretches and was nearly three months old. That’s what you call a nesting FAIL.
Here’s a peek and can’t wait to show you the rest of E’s nautical nursery when everything is finished.
We can’t forget a picture of the little guy drooling all over his sheets. Can’t believe he’s three months old, nearly 18 pounds (EIGHTEEN! #imakehalfandhalfnotmilk) and 27″ long. He’s already rocking 6-9 month clothes and a lot of Korean ladies are shocked that he’s only 3 months old. They’re convinced I don’t know the language and hold up six fingers. Shaking my head and showing them three always gets a “Wha. Nomu kuda.” which translates to “Wow. Very Big.” Yep, he’s my gentle giant, my squishy wishie, my smoochie kins and my baby beast. LOVE HIM!
I can’t wait to share the rest of the nursery with you. I keep repeating that “patience is a virtue”. A virtue that nesting mothers don’t seem to have. I’ve also gotten the ball rolling on both full baths, V’s room just needs art, and sort of
not really started the master bedroom. Lots of decor posts headed your way soon!
What theme would you choose for your little one’s nursery?
