I rarely do these sort of posts. Mostly because my diet consists of caesar salad and cookies on a daily basis. I’m predictable. Jenn has been suggesting I join in on the fun for awhile, so that’s what I’m doing. Plus, it gives me an excuse to take pretty pictures, which is sort of my thing anyway.

Breakfast: Tea because I’ve been going a little overboard on the coffee and getting twitchy. Btw, BEST TEA EVER. No food because I have to wait a couple hours before I can eat. I’m weird.
Morning Snack: Almonds and grapes. No picture. Womp.
Brunch: Chicken pho on repeat. No recipe because I just wing it.
Lunch: Caesar salad. Also on repeat.
Snack: Blackberries and a really sad, beat up Opal apple that was chewed on by the boy. I ate it anyway.
Dinner: Garlic cream rigatoni with mushrooms. No recipe because I made it up. Garlic. Parmesan. Cream. 6 cups of mushrooms. Extra parmesan.
Dessert: I tried a donut from the grocery store first, but it was disgusting, even by my four year old’s standards. She chucked it. Shared cookies and my favorite ice cream. Note to self: never stray from the bakery again.
I also had a fruit and cheese platter with white wine while I watched junk TV before bed. Deployment survival food.
