Our original Sunday plan was to take the kids on separate day dates. But E put on his best pouty face when he found out I was taking V to see a movie and to Extraordinary Desserts after. I decided to bring them both and give P the day off.
The first time I ate at Extraordinary Desserts was after last year’s Clickin Walk. I thought it would be fun to bring the kids simply because the desserts are stunning.
We chose our desserts while waited for our table. The desserts are behind large glass display cases up front and you can order them to go as well.
I also ordered the tomato basil soup because I was bringing home that gorgeous coconut cream pie home to share with P. That soup is so good. I need to recreate it.
V’s face while she saw desserts being delivered to the table behind me.
E flirted with the ladies next to us. That darn blanket is always in his mouth. I hate it, but I also don’t want to forget this phase when he outgrows it.
The kids didn’t want to share a large dessert, so they both chose to go with their own black velvet cupcake.
I had the creme brûlée the last time I went, but it wasn’t available this time. The coconut creme pie was a visual stunner, but my all time favorite dessert with always be creme brûlée. Always.
Have you ever been to Extraordinary Desserts? What did you order?
